(a)
ensure the proper receipt, recording and disposition of public money;
(b)
control the account classification as determined by the Board;
(c)
control disbursement from the Consolidated Fund in accordance with this Act;
(d)
subject to the direction of the Board, maintain or cause to be maintained the appropriation and financial accounts relating to the operations of the Consolidated Fund and coordinate procedures related to it;
(e)
prepare the Public Accounts and any other financial statements and reports required by the Minister or the Board; and
(f)
ensure compliance with administrative directions of the Board.
